The builder's sales rep works for the builder. Many builders only let you use your own agent if they're registered on your first visit, so call us before you tour a model home.
Compare builders, not only floor plans
We look at base price against upgrades, lot premiums, incentives, HOA and tax rates (including MUD or PID districts) so you compare total cost.
Inspect anyway
New doesn't mean perfect. We recommend independent inspections before drywall and before closing, plus a check before the builder warranty ends.
